==Biography==
Stanford Warwick was a sailor during his mortal days in the service of {{w|Elizabeth I of England|Queen Elizabeth}}, who made the mistake of wandering off in the night on the port after a long stay in a local tavern. When Warwick was quickly overwhelmed, {{www|Powell}} Embraced him to expand the Web of his sire into Scotland. Eventually, Warwick rose to the position of {{www|Strand Master}} among Trajan's Net, acting as one of his agents against the [[Malkavian]] {{www|Antoine Le Fanu}}. Under the orders of Trajan, he traveled to Switzerland where he proposed {{www|Operation: Longbow}} to two of the grandchilder of his grandsire's enemies.

When Warwick arrived in [[New England]], he targeted Providence first. With the assistance of the [[Brujah]] [[Romana Pendragon]] and [[Malkavian]] [[William Biltmore]], he gathered several Nosferatu elders around him and promised them protection and power in exchange for their aid. Together with his coterie, he trained the American Nosferatu in the effective use of their Disciplines, even stating that Obfuscate was {{www|Caine}}'s gift to the Clan in order to monitor other Kindred. Beneath Rhode Island, Warwick constructed a gigantic warren and helped in 1895 to initiate the building of the underground railway system in [[Boston]]. Five years later, Warwick acted to secure his position as [[Prince]]. Causing a gas leak, he attacked the Primogen of Providence while his followers assassinated those vampires Warwick had deemed dangerous to his rule. Crippling the [[Ventrue]] herds, he drove the Clan from Rhode Island, establishing him as the sole authority of the domain.

Warwick is also credited for bringing the Web into the United States, a network of information-gathering that was the recreation of Trajan's original network (both would later used as foundations for {{www|SchreckNet}}).

===Driving out the Sabbat===

Under his new rule, Warwick utilized his position as a Strand Master and his heavy influence in the New England Nosferatu to collect information through the ''Antitribu'' about the movements of the Sabbat in New England. In the late 1990's, Warwick turned this information over to the Justicar Council, and particularly to {{www|Karsh}}, who was able to use this plethora of information to systematically wipe out each and every Sabbat haven in New England. For his efforts, Warwick was elevated after the Inner Council meeting of 1998 to the position of Justicar of Clan Nosferatu, replacing the retiring {{www|Cock Robin}}.

===Response from the Clan===

Clan Nosferatu was not happy with this development. Over the course of the next 13 years, large numbers of [[Nosferatu]] began a campaign across Schrecknet to undermine the efforts of Justicar Warwick. An attempt was made to leverage a new Justicar to replace him, but when Warwick was not replaced at the next Inner Council meeting in 2011, Clan Nosferatu redoubled their efforts.

In 2022, a contingent of Nosferatu consisting of {{www|Cock Robin}}, {{www|Prudence Stone}} and {{www|Petrodon}} elected to send a message to the Justicars—Either Warwick be replaced, or Clan Nosferatu would hunt down each and every one of them. To make this message as clear as possible, they descended upon the haven of Justicar Tegyrus, one of them diablerizing the Assamite, and delivered his ashes to the doorstep of {{www|Lucinde}}.

As a result, the Inner Council replaced Stanford Warwick with Prudence Stone at their 2023 meeting, and as an apology to Clan Nosferatu for ignoring their initial request, Tegyrus' seat was replaced with the "Justicar of the Others", representing non-pillar interests—and placed Cock Robin in this seat.

Warwick was allowed to return to Providence and resume his throne, but it was done in exile—as one last insult to the injury, Clan Nosferatu collectively barred Warwick from ever entering the sewers again, nor accessing ShreckNet. The title of Strand Master was passed onto Stanford Warwick's childe, {{www|Kurt Densch}}, and Warwick sheltered himself in his Domain, forever cut off from his own blood for his betrayal of the Clan.

===Events of Dark Skylines===

Warwick is often the target of ire by Nosferatu in New England, including his own grandchilde, [[The Ghost in the Machine]].

In 2050, Warwick, along with the other Princes of New England, collectively blood-hunted [[Leto, the Morning Star]].
