They are more than likely being gathered to be used against the sabbat but how long before they start using them to keep us in line with their authoritarian apologies. I am not saying they are going to use them right away on us I think they find the sabbat a very real threat and I am not going to downplay that threat to them because while I know very little about the sabbat I know they are seen as monsters by all not a part of them. I think us secretly gaining them as well will be seen as us becoming a threat, almost like a country trying to gain nukes. However, I think we can use the knowledge that they have them as a bargaining chip next time they request us to do actions against the sabbat. 

Speaking of which I refuse to do something on behalf of the Cammies that would even possibly lead to my death. I have servied to much to die for them.</blockquote>
