To think the Blackfeathers as a retainer house or the servants of [[House Morningstar]] is a mistake. Though all their accomplishments were under the umbrella of the [[House Morningstar|Morningstars]], who knows what precisely was the result of one house or the other. With a lack of evidence, who is to say what exactly the relation was between the two bloodlines, and what occurred. You would assume that the Blackfeathers would be thrown under the bus and the Ventrue would put all blame on them, but this hasn't happened for whatever reason. Or, if the attempt was made, it didn't succeed.
