Much of Whisper's history is unknown.
Clan Friendship - Giovanni
Due to undisclosed elements of Whisper's past, he has friendship of the Giovanni clan.
Toreador Fostering[edit | edit source]
On April 27th, 2052 it was announced that Whisper is now under the wing of the Toreador clan. Any transgressions against Whisper will be considered as transgressions towards the Toreador clan, as announced by Toreador Primogen Marcelle Dupont.
