Omori Noriko is a Nosferatu who came to Caliburn Island in Winter of 2051, and rose to the status of Nosferatu Whip. They have a noted interest in tech, and wear cyberware quite prominently. In 2052, they rose to the rank of Keeper of Elysium, a title which they hold in addition to Nosferatu Whip. They were succeeded as Keeper of Elysium in July 2052 by Soot.
