Kai Adams is a Kindred of clan Gangrel, and current Minister of the Independent Alliance and Agent of Blood.

History

Mortal Life

Kai Adams was born Oct. 31 1928 in Boston, Massachusetts. He always was a quite and rather shy boy who preferred the company of city birds much more than people. He narrowly avoided the draft when WWII rolled around and shortly after he met Valeyne Torres. She quickly became the center of his world, taking her on night-time walks, and showing her his favorite bird-watching spots. on Feb. 14 1954, A few months after the two had met, Valeyne took Kai to her favorite view in the city and asked if he wanted to spend eternity with her.

Kindred Unlife

Kai awoke later that night with his head in Valeyne's lap and the blood of a squirrel being poured down his throat. She explained to him that they were no longer alive but undead, they were a vampire. After a few stunts to make the public believe Kai deceased, they began to spend eternity together. For nearly a century they lived together hunting in turns and it was good. Until one night Valeyne stayed out on a hunt for much longer than they were supposed to, Eventually Kai became panicked and searched high and low for them eventually stumbling upon a dark-haired man in a suit standing over a pile of ash with blood in his mouth, Blood that bore the familiar scent of the love of Kai's life. In a state of distress and anger, Kai set a flock of crows upon the man who was left half eaten for the sun to claim. Kai ran back to his haven as fast as he could passing out right as he closed the door. He then woke up the next night to the smell of smoke and a flaming haven. escaping as fast as he could he was accosted by two kindred who fired upon him he managed to hold them off using the flock of crows and escaped to the island of Caliburn where he was taken in by a small coterie of Giovanni who gave him a Haven, People to feed upon and an invitation to join the Independent Alliance.

Recent Unlife

Minister

Kai upon making his Prescence known to the other members of the IA was given temporary status as a minister. During which time he attempted to approach the Camarilla with a plea to help remove the bloodhunt he believes was placed upon him, for this he agreed to be placed into voluntary torpor for a few weeks and now owed the seneschal 2 major boons, shortly after the deal was finalized Cabrakan, Hatchet of the IA at the time walked in to see Kai conversing with Camarilla had his jaw forcefully removed and was named Aberrant. Shortly after that Cabrakan was pronounced missing and Strife was named Hatchet who then named Kai a full Minister of the IA.

Agent of Blood

After offering his services to the other Gangrel on the island Kai was approached By the curent Warden of Blood Damien Blackfeather to become an Agent of Blood. A position he gracefully accepted.

Search for Damien's Sire

One night Kai along with Damien, Kris; Primogen of the Gangrel, and Omori went tointo the Rocky fields to search for Damien's sire, after searching for sometime Kai woke up in his Haven with a mysterious note on one hand reading "Stop Searching" and on the other "Don't trust Damien."
