Damien Blackfeather is an ex-Cami Gangrel, turned Anarch at an unknown date. He looks like he crawled out of a dumpster on Hawaï, sometimes having a small layer of dirt and light clothes other than the construction pants.

Sunset Hospital 2042-2046, Damien back then known as "Mike", had worked in the emergency department. If during that time period, you worked there, were either one of the 'regulars' or were close to the 'regulars', you likely would have met "Mike" before.
The difference between "Damien" and "Mike" is noticeable; it almost feels like someone skewered "Mike's" personality. "Damien" seems more polite and reserved, less kind and stressed.
