Carl Redbeck

Carl Redbeck was a Thin-Blooded Caitiff in the Independent Alliance known for his practice of Thin-Blood Alchemy, though he claimed to be a Ghoul most of his time on the island. He arrived on Caliburn Island along with his brother, Paul Redbeck. He met final death January 11th, 2053.
