Prior to Caliburn
Selene Bianchi was born to a well to do family and lived in the Boston area before her embrace. Her father worked as a diplomat, while her mother was a well respected college professor who taught English Literature at North Eastern University. She was embraced about two years before she decided to move to Caliburn due to rent in the seaport district being astronomically high as well as due to the whims of her sire.
Lucien Blackwood her mostly absentee sire, is a CFO for some accounting firm and due to his job (not to mention being a workaholic) had little time to be in charge of her accounting, much to the Prince of Boston's dismay. Lucien originally gave that responsibility to his personal secretary Miriam before Selene announced she would be moving to Caliburn, which the Prince and her sire were made aware of and allowed her to do so. To this day she does not know why she was embraced and feels that the only reason why Lucien let her leave was so it would be easier for her to live in obscurity as she is supposedly deceased to those she knew as a kine. From then on she decided to adopt her sire's last name.
Post Caliburn
After spending some time on Caliburn and announcing herself to the previous Seneschal, Annalyse, Selene was directly put under the wing of Maxmillian Saber to continue her accounting and was adopted into House Morningstar as a result. She has now renounced this house, refusing to be affiliated with it due to the misdeeds of Leto and her atrocities. Under the advice of Elder Gabriel Payne she and several other Ventrue Neonates decided to make their own house (House Redhart) with their main goal of restoring the respect of Clan Ventrue on the island as well as hunting down Leto and her allies.
Selene has since introduced herself to the previous Prince of Caliburn, Jim McCoy and has been acknowledged as a Neonate by the Caliburn court. She was recently appointed as the new Clan Ventrue Primogen despite her young age and takes her role seriously. Her main goal is to track down Leto and her whereabouts at the behest of the current Prince, His Imperial Highness , William Biltmore of Boston.
