NOCTIVAGANT

NOCTIVAGANT is the current Bishop of Caliburn Island and member of the Montescue pack. Prior to making his presence public, he was only identified as being an individual in a large raincoat. He was bathed a Bishop by Cardinal Sascha Vykos at Palla Grande 2052.
In etymology, a "noctivagant" is someone who wanders in the night.
