Formatting Lodge names

For consistency, please format Lodge names as: [Lodge Name] No. [Number]. If two lodges share the same name and number, append the jurisdiction afterward. Examples:

• Columbia Lodge No. 44
• Hiram Lodge No. 1 (Florida)
• Hiram Lodge No. 1 (Kansas)
• St. John's Lodge (London)
• St. John's Lodge (Massachusetts)
