Located in the South Docks area in the Redding district of Avalon City on Caliburn Island. It was abandoned at the start of 2040 when new technologies drove it into obsolescence and has remained unused by all but the homeless for many years.
Today it has been fixed up by persons unknown. It has been turned into a supernatural workout facility. Unused cars arranged into a loose circle provide a closed off section reinforced with shipping containers. In the center of an open circle surrounded by shipping containers, a fortified pully system supports a makeshift weightlifting apparatus consisting of a construction crane, pullies, and strong iron cables that disappear into the top of one of the containers where the trainee may stay out of sight, all attached to a rather large and very old Train Engine that acts as the ‘weight’.
The outer ring of connected train cars and shipping containers coupled with leftover equipment form a tunnel of sorts and serve as a training ground for parkour and Celerity.
Four attached together container cars, side by side with the internal ‘walls’ removed house a down and dirty bar and club house for the local gang. A rebuilt refrigerator car acts as storage for alcohol and food stuffs.
