Omori Noriko
Omori Noriko is a Nosferatu who came to Caliburn Island in Winter of 2051, and rose to the status of Nosferatu Whip. They have a noted interest in tech, and wear cyberware quite prominently. In 2052, they rose to the rank of Keeper of Elysium, a title which they hold in addition to Nosferatu Whip. They were succeeded as Keeper of Elysium in July 2052 by Soot. They were voted in as Harpy in July 2052, and then succeeded by Soot in September 2052.
In recent nights, they have kept a lower profile then in early 2052. Retiring as Harpy in September 2052 citing being stretched too thin, they've kept to themselves since then - at least, as far as anyone knows. Word is they're still in town, though - every security camera and internet browser potentially giving them sight into the goings on of Caliburn.
