Lisbeth "Psycho" Taylor is a Brujah and the Advocate of Brighton Beach in the Anarch Movement.

History

Mortal Life

Lisbeth Taylor was born in Fond Du Lac Wisconsin in 1947 to a poor working class family who was suffering after WWII ended and the government canning contracts dried up. Looking for better prospects, the family moved south to Milwaukee and found work with a popular motorcycle engine company.

Her fathers involvement with motorcycles initially interested Lisbeth in them from a young age when she would watch her father wash and clean the one that he owned. The family wall proudly displayed a picture of her sitting on her fathers motorcycle as a child. It wasn't long before she was of legal age to get a license and start riding a motorcycle of her own.

As a young adult with a motorcycle, Lisbeth quickly became familiar with the culture formed by the WWII veterans returning home. She started to hang around the younger motorcycle clubs and eventually was prospected at heavy protest from her father into one.

Showing fierce loyalty to her club, she quickly was patched and started to be radicalized by the veterans she surrounded herself with and the ongoing Vietnam War. She was given the name "Psycho" for coming up with insane ideas to help the club profit, outmaneuver, or dismantle rival clubs. There was plenty of bloodshed, but also deals to be made.

One of these deals went terribly wrong when the club was helping provide explosives to fellow radicals. The group they provided them to were involved in the 1970 attack on the University of Wisconsin. Lisbeth and her club confronted those involved, and they were all killed by the kindred of the group as Lisbeth was ghouled for utility and mockery.

Kindred Unlife

After helping her Sire escape prosecution, Lisbeth was gifted the embrace for her loyalty as a ghoul in 1974, joining the Brujah clan in Milwaukee. She was a loyal member of the Camarilla and joined a motorcycle club comprised of entirely kindred around this time. The club was a natural place for her, and she quickly fit in place there due to her history.

With the ousting of Prince Merik in 1992, Lisbeth's club chose to leave the Camarilla. The Gangrel members of the club felt betrayed by the Camarilla, and Lisbeth was tired of the class conflicts the Camarilla enforced to keep the elders in charge. This was further reinforced when Xavier declared the Gangrel split from the Camarilla in 1998.

Joining the Anarch Movement as an existing club allowed for her MC to quickly expand uncontested, setting out a network across the city. The Gangrel Prince was accepting of the movement, viewing the Lupine as the true threats instead of the Anarchs. The Anarchs remained hospitable to the Prince in turn.

As the times moved away from gas powered engines, so did her club. Instead of calling themselves an MC, they rebranded to the music scene, opening a string of fangs-out punk/goth clubs simply known as Morgue Clubs.

Recent Unlife

With the funding of her club, Lisbeth travels the nation seeking cities who are thick in kindred and open to the idea of her setting up shop to expand her network. Caliburn was the next on her list as she works her way through New England.

Presentation to the Anarch Movement

Lisbeth presented herself to the Caliburn Anarch Movement on March 9, 2052 during a Call to Arms. She was accepted after some questioning and sharing punches with the current Advocate of Brighton Beach Sammie Okra to prove her capabilities. Lisbeth was already an active member of the Anarch Movement in her home city previously and wanted to be of use to the local movement while residing on Caliburn.

First Darius Marcus Raid

Lisbeth was invited to take part in a raid on Darius Marcus's haven March 9, 2052. Darius Marcus is the childe of Leto Morningstar and was wanted by all sects of the island. Lisbeth agreed to take part to help prove herself and show that she could be a capable member of the Anarch Movement.

After heavy fighting and bringing final death to a kindred retainer in the haven, Lisbeth and others managed to escape with the help of Danny DeVitae's Obfuscate. Darius Marcus unfortunately survived unscathed. Advocate of Brighton Beach Sammie Okra, Warden of Blood Damien Blackfeather, Ventrue Primogen Selene Blackwood, Antonio Sanchez, and Sheriff Danny DeVitae were kindred taking part in the assault.

Lisbeth purchased and began to fix up a previously closed club in the Brighton Beach area. After some light renovation, the club opened to invitees on April 4th, 2052. The club is part of an infamous kindred nightclub chain, stretching through the Midwest and a portion of the Northeast United States. Expectant attendees must have both an invite and be able to show their fangs to get in. The club is a venue for Goth and Alternative music, with a large selection of drinks and blood dolls for nourishment.

Appointment to Constable

The evening of April 13, 2052 there was an attack against multiple kindred in Brighton Beach with the use of an explosive. Mortal hunters are suspected of setting the ambush. Thankfully all kindred survived, but emotions were high, and beasts were riled. One kindred did enter torpor from the event. This resulted in some heated misunderstandings in the Anarch Movement shortly later. One of these misunderstandings resulted in Advocate Sammie Okra believing that Malkavian Primogen Wrath had shot and killed Warden of Blood and Anarch Movement member Damien Blackfeather. Combat ensued and was defused after a few swings. Nobody was harmed in the combat.

A meeting was held between present Anarch Movement members, including The Ghost in the Machine, Damien Blackfeather, Antonio Sanchez, and Lisbeth. The meeting was to discuss the actions and temperament of the current Advocate of Brighton Beach where Lisbeth offered to take the position of Constable due to recent events. This was approved by all other present members.

Lisbeth took part in the second raid on Darius Marcus's estate. Lisbeth, along with many others, entered through the main entrance to the estate under the concealment of obfuscation. Lisbeth and the group dispatched multiple mortal retainers before ascending the staircase at the sounds of combat above. Lisbeth exchanged gunfire with multiple kindred and ghoul retainers on the second floor, ultimately staking one and bringing final death to the remainder. Darius Marcus was captured as a result of the raid by the hands of Sheriff Danny DeVitae, with the help of Advocate of Brighton Beach Sammie Okra.

Lisbeth brought final death to the kindred she had staked in the lobby of the estate after combat had ended at request of Elder Gabriel Payne. Lisbeth also negotiated that all of the firearms used by the defenders of Darius Marcus be delivered to the Anarch Movement as payment for the risk taken by members of the movement, in order to strengthen their cause.

Notable kindred involved in the raid include: Advocate of Brighton Beach Sammie Okra, Warden of Blood Damien Blackfeather, Camarilla Sheriff Danny DeVitae, Seneschal William Bagg, Ventrue Primogen Selene Blackwood, Brujah Primogen Tristian Allerdale, Viscount Emil Nikolai Dragomir, John 'Skiz' James, and Antonio Sanchez among others. John 'Skiz' James unfortunately perished in the fight.

Promotion to Advocate

Lisbeth put forth a motion within the Brighton Beach Anarch Movement for a vote to take place for the position of Advocate of Brighton Beach. Lisbeth was unhappy with the actions that Sammie Okra had been making, which included fights or slights against multiple sects and non-kindred. Lisbeth felt that Sammie Okra was advocating for himself more than he was advocating for the movement as a whole.

On the evening of May 11th, 2052, a vote was held for the position of Advocate. Psycho was declared the new Advocate of Brighton Beach by majority vote. Her first action as Advocate was to pick up a recliner that Sammie Okra had sat on stage and throw it to the crowd, letting them destroy it.

Other minor bureaucratic items were handled, including status of Sammie Okra, Architect of Brighton Beach permissions, and so on.

Warning Raid

A message went out that the Malkavian Whip Warning was captured by true faith hunters. Damien Blackfeather had discovered where he was being kept with the help of other Malkavians, and assembled a raiding party. Lisbeth arrived and joined them, acting as the leader of the fighting force alongside Brujah Primogen Tristian Allerdale, and the Nosferatu Sewer Man. Together, they overwhelmed the security while a stealth element of the raiding party was able to recover three torpored kindred including the body of Warning.

The leader of this true faith hunter group, Pastor Travis Meeker arrived as if by teleportation and began to monologue about good and evil before being interrupted with a silenced gunshot from Lisbeth. Lisbeth and many others engaged him, including the initial force but also Antonio Sanchez, Damien Blackfeather, Bruno Stracci, Lucrezia Stracci, Danny DeVitae, and more. Travis Meeker was overwhelmed and beaten into torpor before being taken into the custody of the Camarilla. His fate was ultimately decided as Lisbeth watched on, with the Primogen Council voting for this final death with the absence of the Prince or Seneschal.

Lisbeth announced a hunt and status reward for all members of the Anarch Movement that same night, to encourage kindred to hunt down the remainder of the true faith hunters before the next gathering. Lisbeth was able to help two other kindred capture hunters during this period, with a total of 9 members accounted for. Lisbeth considers this as a win in regards to her campaign for the title of Advocate of Brighton Beach, swearing to deal with the true faith hunters as the largest current threat on the island.
