Belle Elaine Thorne is a Camarilla Tremere who was embraced during her college days as a Psychology Major. She was embraced by one of her professors, Dr. Darian Lee PsyD.
By order of the Prince of Salem, Pheobe the Nosferatu, she has come to Caliburn island to help the kindred of the area.
Thorne became William Bagg's whip in the Caliburn Chantry.
