Piper is a Brujah Neonate. She considers herself a soldier and will yell at anyone who tries to make her think or give her any kind of authority. Bingo, her ghoul, is the leader of the Blood Rats gang, and she trusts him without question. She has a ranked list of people she calls "boss" and will obey any reasonable order from anyone on the list, provided that it doesn't contradict someone higher up:

Havok saw Piper beat up a couple of thugs and decided that she would be useful, and he Embraced her. After Piper was Embraced, Bingo convinced Piper to give him her blood. Piper will fight anyone who insinuates that the blood bond gives her any kind of authority over Bingo.
