Piper
Piper is deceased. She was a Brujah Neonate. She considered herself a soldier and would yell at anyone who tried to make her think or give her any kind of authority. Bingo, her ghoul, was the leader of the Blood Rats gang, and she trusted him without question. She had a ranked list of people she called "boss" and would obey any reasonable order from anyone on the list, provided that it doesn't contradict someone higher up:

Mortal Life[edit | edit source]
Piper is tough as nails, but not terribly intelligent. She is a hard hitter for the Blood Rats gang. Her high, squeaky voice earned her the name "Piper". Twin brothers Bingo and Wobbly found her scavenging behind a grocery store, and as they matured, the three of them joined forces to become an unstoppable force within the Blood Rats. Wobbly betrayed Bingo and Piper while they were burning down a rival gang's warehouse, leaving Bingo comatose. During his coma, Bingo's dreams told him exactly what had happened and what to do about it. Following his instructions, Piper killed Wobbly and made it look like a suicide, as well as fingering Wobbly for the fire. Wobbly now haunts Piper and Bingo. She wears Wobbly's ring around her neck to remind her of the dangers of careless trust. The fire left Bingo physically disabled but with a keen sixth sense. Bingo rose to become the leader of the Blood Rats, with Piper as his right hand and bodyguard.
Kindred[edit | edit source]
Havok saw Piper beat up a couple of thugs and decided that she would be useful, and he Embraced her. After Piper was Embraced, Bingo convinced Piper to give him her blood. Piper will fight anyone who insinuates that the blood bond gives her any kind of authority over Bingo.
