These are some of the more notable characters in the world of Dark Skylines.

Kindred[edit | edit source]

Imperial Triad[edit | edit source]

The Imperial Triad of New England is a triumvirate and coterie of powerful Kindred from the British Camarilla, assigned by Mithras to lead the colonization efforts of New England in the United States. Their clash with the Kindred present in the region led to the New England Wars.

There have been 3 members of the Imperial Triad since its inception. In 2052, Romana Pendragon defected to the Anarch Movement, and one of the seats of the Imperial Triad is currently empty.

Imperial Princes have the additional Abiding status trait Established, and Princes who swear fealty to them receive the additional abiding status trait Loyal as if they had the merit Prestigious Sire (so long as they remain in the Imperial Princes' good graces.)

His Imperial Majesty, William Biltmore, Prince of Boston, MA

The Malkavian Prince of Boston is not only immensely knowledgeable on an incredible amount of lore both about Kindred and other creatures. Boston is a city teeming with mystery and activity, so it makes sense to have a knowledgable, wily, and resourceful Prince at its helm. He is an ambassador in many respects to other supernaturals—at least those who have a modicum of contact with Kindred as a whole. It is rumored he even has strong, authoritative contacts with the Sabbat and strikes deals to keep their influence contained and manageable.

His Grace, Stanford Warwick, Prince of Providence, RI

Despite being the former Nosferatu Justicar who survived being ousted, he is more than content in his influence in Rhode Island. He co-built the Schrecknet along with his grandsire Trajan, created the massive web of underground tunnels of Boston, and has had a hand in most major Kindred infrastructure projects of the 20th Century forward. He essentially acts as the COO of the Triad, and also acts as the Triad's personal Harpy for the management of the vast number of boons managed in New England.

Justicars[edit | edit source]

The Justicar Council of the Camarilla
Lucinde the Red Alastor, Justicar of Clan Ventrue

Lucinde was appointed as the first Alastor, whose sole duty was to hunt those on the Red List – except for the Setite Kemintiri, much to her surprise. Nonetheless, she dedicated herself on the hunt against the snake Domitor. When the bond finally broke, Lucinde entered torpor, only to emerge in 1994 to find a letter of her target which planned to form an alliance between all Anathema. The Alastor began to follow the trails of the list, only to find most of them cold, until she delivered the letter to the Inner Circle. The heads of the Camarilla reacted by making Lucinde the Justicar of Clan Ventrue.

Ethereal, Justicar of Clan Malkavian

In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations and epochs, it is the rule.

Ragnar the Jackal, Justicar of Clan Gangrel

In July 2052, following the death of Brujah Justicar Theo Bell, in recognition of his exceptional contributions and unwavering loyalty, the Inner Council appointed Ragnar the Jackal as the new Justicar of Clan Gangrel.

Prudence Stone, Justicar of Clan Nosferatu

Prudence had a gift of second sight as a mortal. This gift did not vanish when Prudence entered undeath, and she continued to use it to keep New England free from Sabbat influence. She is a voice of great respect among the Nosferatu of New England and later proved vital in dismantling the Web of Stanford Warwick, a power-hungry Nosferatu that desired the Princedom of Providence, Rhode Island.

Diana Iadanza, Justicar of Clan Toreador

Following the death of Madame Guil, who was destroyed during the Ministry's Paris meeting with the Camarilla in 2012, Diana Iadenza was advanced from Archon to Justicar.

Ian Carfax, Justicar of Clan Tremere

Carfax was a long-time Archon of Justicar Schrekt, eventually replacing him as the Tremere Justicar.

Cock Robin, Justicar of the Others

The former Justicar was recalled to service after Justicar Tegyrus of Clan Assamite was murdered in the late 2020s. The remaining Council placed Cock Robin at the table to represent 'The Others', which was meant to include not only Assamites and Gangrel but other lesser bloodlines as well.
