Caroline is an enigmatic presence within the Anarch Movement, often seen in the company of Psycho, the movement’s leader. Before that, she was under the care of Akai, who took her in before an untimely demise in the flames of the Short Circuit. Despite appearing harmless—prone to curling up in laps, lounging in cozy spots, or purring at a well-placed head pat—her existence is wrapped in uncertainty. Some claim she is nothing more than an eccentric, others whisper that she is something else entirely.
She is often found weaving through the city, frequenting a cat café where she blends in effortlessly with its feline inhabitants, or patrolling the shores of Brighton Beach with an unreadable gaze cast out over the ocean. Occasionally, she’s seen slipping into the aquarium, staring into the tanks for hours, lost in thought.

Caroline moves unpredictably, drawn to mischief and mystery alike. She has an uncanny ability to simply appear, often in places she has no right to be. Witnesses report her sneaking onto rooftops to eavesdrop on conversations, dropping cryptic messages into the hands of unsuspecting individuals, or slipping strange objects—discarded electronics, handwritten notes, even fish—into the pockets of passersby.
Technology itself seems to reject her touch. Any attempt to use a device results in the immediate and inexplicable opening of a terminal, lines of incomprehensible code flooding the screen. Whether this is an anomaly of her nature or something more intentional remains uncertain.
She has been known to play tricks on others, placing shark plushies in odd locations, subtly shifting objects just out of reach, or interrupting people at inconvenient moments with a well-timed distraction. Some find her antics amusing, others less so.
Despite this, Caroline has a disarming friendliness—she does not seem to recognize fear or status, approaching even the most intimidating figures with casual curiosity. Those who underestimate her, however, find that there is something unnerving beneath the surface.

Caroline’s abilities are a topic of much speculation. She carries a handcrafted lever-action rifle and has, on rare occasions, displayed an affinity for fire—though the extent of her capabilities is unknown. The first recorded instance of this ability was witnessed by Psycho, who invited Caroline to test her strength against them. The challenge ended with a pillar of flame descending from the sky, nearly triggering a frenzy in those nearby.
She is also an adept scavenger, collecting lost or discarded objects and leaving them at the doorstep of the Live Current, as if making an offering. Her reasons remain unclear.

- Clan: Unknown. She claims to be a cat. No one has successfully proven otherwise.
- Origin: Unclear. Some believe she was created rather than turned. Others suggest she has always been.

- Connection to the Redbecks: She has taken an interest in the family, appearing in their circles uninvited. They do not seem to mind.
