The Quest System is a system used to gauge the difficulty of some kinds of tasks that may be performed over time.
These are rough guidelines, exact numbers are determined at narrator discretion.
Requirements are things the player needs to succeed, such as:
Downtime actions
Resource/influence actions
Influence specialties
Specific powers, skills, backgrounds

- Taking up to the difficulty in Aggravated damage
